We offer trees ranging from 4 to 8 feet in height. If you require taller trees, feel free to contact us for assistance

The pricing of our trees is determined by three factors: the type of tree, its grade, and its height.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Do you provide delivery services?

We are pleased to offer delivery services to meet your convenience. Kindly review our delivery policy for more information:

  1. Free Delivery:

    • Absolutely! We offer complimentary delivery services for your convenience in stated zones. Any order received outside the zone is subject to a delivery fee.

  2. Delivery Time Frame:

    • Our deliveries are scheduled based on the policy outlined below, effective from 28th of November onwards.

  3. Delivery Days by Location:

    • Glasgow: Deliveries to be confirmed.

    • Central: Deliveries to be confirmed.

    • Edinburgh: Deliveries to be confirmed.

  4. Order Placement and Processing:

    • To facilitate smooth delivery, we recommend placing orders at least 5 days prior to your desired delivery date.

  5. Confirmation and Tracking:

    • Upon successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email. Additionally, order tracking options are available to monitor the status and expected delivery date.

  6. Exceptions and Communication:

    • In the event of special circumstances or changes to the delivery schedule, we will promptly communicate any updates through our website and email notifications.

  7. Customer Support:

    • Our customer support team is ready to assist with any inquiries or concerns related to your delivery. Please feel free to reach out for prompt and friendly assistance.

Return Policy:

Our trees are cut upon order, and we strive to deliver the best quality. If you receive an incorrect size, the wrong tree, or a tree with significant damage, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 24 Hours:

    • Notify us urgently within 24 hours of delivery for examination.

  2. Examination and Approval:

    • Upon contact, we will examine your case. Given the perishable nature of our Christmas trees, once your case is approved, we will either provide a refund or replace your tree.

  3. Replacement Process:

    • In the case of a replacement, we will coordinate the delivery date for the new tree along with the collection of the defective tree.

  4. Disposal Options:

    • We suggest exploring local disposal options in your area. Please note that we cannot arrange disposal at this time.

  5. Refund Processing:

    • If your return is approved, we'll process your refund using the original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Minimum Notice for Cancellation:

    • We can only accept cancellations with a minimum of 5 business days' notice before your selected preferred delivery date.
